Default hitman2: a decent game...

but if you liked hitman2 try the first game, hitman codename 47. The game plays practically the same, and was, IMHO the better game (better level design, more undercover jobs).

Is that better than Silent Assassin? I thought that was the best rating.

I played it on a rental - I always wound up with something like Postal Worker or Mass Murderer. No idea how people make it through the whole thing undetected. After I start completing mission objectives, the jig is up.

Talking

I havnt been on these boards in awhile. But seeing this thread i definately had to reply. I love this game. I have a total score of silent assasin in my game on the hardest difficulty setting.

Its great to do the silent assasin thing, but nothing compares to pulling out two silenced .45 ACPs and blasting someone in the chest, and as they fly backwards nail them a few more times in mid air so that they do a few back flips.

Hitman codename 47 was a great game but imho it doesnt compare to this one. Graphics are cleaner, bugs are fixed, in game saving is a big deal, the variety in gameplay is awesome. The storyline however... not really what I had expected in a sequal to hitman codename 47.

Yeah, gotta love Hitman 2. Never had the first one so I can't compare them... although, after about 3 weeks I got sick of it (like I do with every game )

It's still always fun to blast people over walls with the ballers though, those things are like a hitman's key to screenshot fun!
