| Quietly, the Spurs have become the best basketball team in the country. As a kid who was lucky enough to grow up to Bird, Parish, McHale, and the rest of the BEST TEAM EVER ('86 Celtics), I have more love for the best team I have seen in a long time than any recent champion. Tim Duncan is the best player in the NBA playoffs, and, along with Jason Kidd/Jason Kidd/Jason Kidd, made this series worth watching. Who's next? Who is in next year's Finals? Can anyone beat the most fundamentally sound player in our (my?) lifetime? Is he his own dynasty? Get all yer NBA thoughts out here... |

| The Spurs were terrific this year but I see them falling off a little after this year. The Lakers, Kings, Mavericks all want the Spurs, as do the Sixers, Pistons, Magic and Pacers.
