DOPE HEADS RESPONSIBLE FOR HALFTIME SHOW

Super Bowl 38 is over, but while the football game was one of the best
and very exciting to watch, which I did to the last second and enjoyed, the
halftime show should never have been part of that contest. It was one
of the most defiling, offensive shows, (especially) when you have an
audience that has milions of good, self-respecting people, kids of all ages and
also service personal, some who are laying their lives on the line to keep
this country a free and safe place to live, watching it.

Then to see a performer with an American flag that had a hole put in it
to put his head through and the rest draped over her shoulders and hips
while singing and doing dirty dancing, and in the same line up another
performer exposing her breast -- what is this country comming to?

Where they got the dope heads to promote and make up a show like that I
don't know, but it was one of the most repugnent shows for people that
are decent. Somebody should be held responsible for it.

Being a combat veteran myself, I can't believe what some of these TV
shows are getting away with. God bless America, (because) we need all the
help we can get to bring this country back to the the land of the free and the brave.

Now maybe it's just me...but has a stoner, as a dope-head...I think I've seen more Boobs since this incident than during the half-time show.

What unit was he in, the 38th Chaplains? I just don't get some of the reactions in the US. Uproar over Clinton and a blowjob, two chicks kissing, a bare breast; yet the same people that are so shocked and appalled don't care that their government lied to get them into a war, lied to perpetuate the WoD, lied about virtually everything else.

Where are the priorities?

The halftime show is just another classic example of the media blowing something completely out of proportion. First of all, it was one bare breast that was aired only for 1 or 2 seconds. Secondly, her nipple was covered. To the best of my knowledge (and I certainly could be mistaken), it is legal for a woman's breast to be exposed on TV as long as the nipple is covered. Thirdly, WHO CARES... you couldn't flip through 10 channels during TV's primetime and not see a show or a commercial with a gorgeous supermodel half-naked anyways.

People like Ernest Fitzherbert are obviously only looking for a scapegoat to blame America's problems on.

yea the reaction to this thing is absolutely insane. It was ONE breast. A simple breast. I really don't see how anyone could get offended by it. Granted it wasn't covered (she had a piercing that was just gigantic) but it was so insignifcant.

Yes, families were watching but I doubt that children will dwell on this. They have already moved on but it seems that the media can't. I wrote a letter to CBS complaining that they were stupid idiots for really caring so much about this.

This Ernest person, who cares that he's a combat veteran, that has nothing to do w/ the superbowl, breasts, or anything else included.

sigh, by the way im gonna try and find out who the lady is in Tennessee who is suing because she was offended by the performance. I am gonna find out who she is and slap her in the face for abusing the justice system and wasting the court's time.

It's stuff like this that makes me want to Canada or Europe.
