|  Yoga and Meditation? Is yoga and meditation considered a sport or whatever? I think it should be because a lotta schools do it in phys ed. But then on the other hand I could be real high and completely wrong.

| If you consider a workout a sport, then yoga could be a sport I guess.. Meditation is definitly not a sport. No winners, no losers ect... Peace

| well i've done some pretty physically demanding things on a yoga mat too, but i wouldnt really call it yoga....
