No topics for this game? DAMN. This is one of the funnest games to play while high. It's cel-shaded, making it look like a cartoon or comic book that's come to life. That's pretty much an accurate description, as the game's plot is very outlandish sci-fi and noir-ish.

You play as the main character, a wheelchair bound person who has split personalities. You don't actually play as the man in the wheelchair, save for a few parts, but instead, the various other personalities, with their various guns, abilities, and power-ups.

You run around in a 3rd person view, solving problems. Enemies will come at you - they are called "Heaven Smiles", and have bombs strapped to them so they can run at you and suicide-bomb themselves. You have to hit the bomb with a bullet (or just shoot them enough times) to stop them. The game has a lot of swearing, too. Upon shooting enemies, your character will often say "Fuck you!" or "You're fucked!".

It's a very trippy game to play, with eye-popping graphics and cinemas. I highly recommend this to any GameCube or PS2 owner.

"Every age has its peculiar folly and if Charles Mackay, the author of the 19th century classic, Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds were alive today he would surely see 'cannabinophobia' as a popular delusion along with the 'tulipmania' and 'witch hunts' of earlier ages. ... I also believe that future historians will look at this epoch and recognize it as another instance of the 'madness of crowds.'"
