I wonder sometimes how people look at me now that I smoke. I recently started, and very few people know of the change. At least, I think few people notice, but it's hard to tell sometimes. So my thought-provoking question is this:
How did people change their attitudes toward you when they learned you smoke? Or, was there no change?

I will admit that there are people in this world that should not be parents. However, these people will never realize it, and would never admit to it. So I think that by stating this fact, you're actually disproving the idea that you're a bad parent. It just seems that coming to that sort of conclusion means that you had to think logically and make a judgement, and then you even applied that outcome rationally. There are supposedly five levels of intelligent thought (in increasing order: knowledge, comprehension, application, synthesis, and evaluation), and I think you've hit upon the fourth, if not fifth level here. While I don't know you personally, I guess my point is that by thinking through the situation, you've shown to me that you have the potential to be a good parent.

Long story short i have had ptsd for a majority of my life made sleeping and going out in public hectic I was also raised christian but later decided to believe whatever i wanted (as most do) however i slowly became ostracized over the years been on 13 different sleep meds and my panic atttacks / flash backs were worse i read online ironically at a ptsd vet site that alot of them recommended to eachother to smoke in order to sleep / calm ones self.

My family wont accept me for who i am
I dont want to try anymore drug cocktails.

and yes i enjoy my sleep now
