I learned something new today.

Because you donated 10 grams to me (thank you), I learned about the PotShop. I had no idea it existed until today. Now, I must learn how it works and why it exists. And, I must learn how I got 163 grams when I have never bought pot in my life , nor do I smoke it. I guess I can use it to purchase things or give it away, But I need to learn so much more...

Ok, here's something....

A friend of DarkWing and mine came over last night. And we all got to talking about relationships...and our question is...why do people that so obviously don't get along stay together 1. for the kids and then leave when the kids are gone or 2. Why do they insist on getting married in the first place?

Now I am not talking about people that have a few rough times...I am talking about the ones that EVERYONE can tell don 't belong together.

My theory for number 1 is...two happy homes are better than one unhappy home. I mean, wouldn't people rather raise their kids in TWO homes that are going to be happy? Happiness promotes healthiness...than one home that is unhappy and everyone walks on eggshells? I don't understand..I think miserable marriages can do more harm to kids than happy homes can.

And for number two...I am at a loss...

My friend...we will call him Rasta (b/c he is one) and Rasta is the most laid back, kicked back person I know...has waited 35 years to get married to the right person...and along comes S. Now, Rasta and S were introduced and BAM hit it off...for the first month. And then we all started learning that S was pyscho and bringing the worst out in Rasta. They were miserable. Everytime anyone would talk to S all she would talk about is how they fight and don't get along, and how mean Rasta is to her...and then she almost cuts off three of her fingers trying to slice HER OWN tires to keep him from leaving one day....PSYCHO!! I think Rasta is afraid b/c she is pyscho and doesn't wanna leave...along comes a wedding!!

These two people are THE MOST uncompatible people I have ever met. When they announced they were getting married...we all about died...terrible. Rasta's family and friends kept trying to tell him that it isn't going to work. And his response? "I know" But he marries her anyway!!! At the wedding (which no one believed would happen until it did) when they did the "does anyone object" the whole place fell silent with an eery feeling. Everyone was looking around waiting for someone to object. No one did
Honestly, I think Rasta was waiting for someone to object...and that gets him out of it without him having to do it.

Now, they have been married for a year, and are still miserable, they still fight...and now SHE is physically abusive to HIM!! Finally he hit her back. She deserved it. I don't think anyone should hit anyone, but I do believe if you are gonna hit a man, expect to be hit like a man.

Anyway, there are my thoughts and ponders for the day.

I like to ask people the classic question of: If a tree falls in the woods and theres no one to hear it, does it make a sound. If they say yes, I like to ask that what if sound can only be percieved bu humans, and if we did not exsist, neither would sound. In other words, I generally just try to open peoples minds.

Well I asked a girl, who in all honesty I didnt think of as the smartest person I knew, If a tree falls in the woods, and theres no one to hear it, does it make a sound? To which she replied, if theres no one tere to hear it, how do you know it fell?

I thought this was an extremely deep answer, and to this day I still ponder it.

This one hippy I knew ran away from his life in Annapolis to live with his girlfriend in Baltimore. And then he came back when they broke up. Everything was so happy again. And then the bitch queen came back to Annapolis and got the hippy to go out with her again. She basically allienated all of his friends (some he's had for yeeears), and manipulated him into lying to everyone.

And now the bitch queen is pregnant.
