I used to play a lot of online poker, real money. I've been everywhere from losing a $50 deposit to turning $5 into $200. Poker is fun if you can afford to lose what you deposit. Now that certain laws are in affect it's practically impossible to find a real money game.

Personally I think the government should have no say in how you spend your money.

The government can't touch e-wallet or net tell accounts or whatever that account is called, they have no control over it so their law didn't do much at all. They had a big write up about it. They only stopped the U.S customers from transferring their money from banks directly into the online poker accounts. When people get a e-wallet account set up, you transfer the money directly from there into the poker sites and the banks have nothing to do with it. They only made it illegal for the banks to transfer the money into the poker sites or to deposit the winnings directly back into the bank accounts.

That's why i asked the question above to see if anyone knows how these accounts are set up. I haven't really looked into it yet. I'm just wondering if the bank just transfers the money over to e-wallet and then from there wherever the money goes from the e-wallet account isn't the banks responsiblity and theres no laws bein broken by the banks at that point.
