Afriend and i made up a new game that is fun as hell(stoned that is, i've never played it sober), requires almost no talent or physical activity(infact it can only be played while sitting on a couch), and best of all the only piece of "equiptment"(for lack of a better word) can be purchased at any convenience store for less than 5 buck. If You would like to get the full run down of my mystery game just email me or respond to this thread and say so. Oh I almost forgot, if any one one has any fun games they've made up i would love to hear them aswell.

The name of the game is...

Bottle Bounce
Created by Meatball, Schenks Money, and The Snack Man.

Players: 2-4 (Any more players and the game takes too long)

Equipment: One glass “Sobe” or “Arizona” bottle (empty, cap optional), one three cushioned couch, and carpeted floor. If you do not have a carpeted floor, place a thin comforter in front of the couch. It is possible to play on a tiled or hardwood floor but it is not recommended due to the increased noise and ware on the floor.

Bouncing: Holding the bottle anyway you wish bounce it off of the center cushion of the couch and on to the floor. It is recommended that you hold the bottle vertically, either bottom down or cap down, to achieve the desired bounce and flip.

Scoring: Get a “Stand,” the bottle lands standing right side up on the floor = 5pts. , win a game of “Rock, Paper, Scissors” or “Odds and Evens” = 2pts. , or get a “Stand –Up,” the bottle lands standing upside down on the floor = 15pts. (A “Stand-Up” is nearly impossible to achieve). Note: To score a valid Stand or Stand-Up the bottle CAN NOT be touching anything but the floor, NO leaning against the couch or any thing else.

Setup: Two players sit at opposite ends of a three cushioned couch, if there are more than two players they sit off to the side and await his/her turn.

Playing: The two players on the couch play a “best out of three” game of RPS or OE. The winner gets first possession of the bottle and three bounces.

After their three bounces or “attempts” that player must play the opposing player in another game of RPS or OE to determine who gets next possession. However, if a player scores a Stand or Stand-Up on one of their three attempts their possession starts over and they get a fresh set of attempts (like a first down in football).

After three possessions (one match) the active players play a final game of RPS or OE to determine who stays on the couch. At that time the next player in line takes his/her place and begins another match. Note: If there are less then three players, continue playing three attempts at time until some one reaches 21pts.

Winning: Be the first player to get 21pts.

Rules: At no time may any player touch the bottle from the time it leaves the “Bouncer’s” hand until it comes to a rest, this is called interference. If the player IN possession of the bottle interferes, he/she is penalized an attempt. If the player NOT in possession of the bottle interferes, the player IN possession is awarded an additional attempt.

The game is called “Bottle Bounce” not bottle drop, fall, slide, or any thing else. This means the bottle MUST be “Bounced” off of the couch to obtain a Stand or Stand-Up.
