Bioshock could have used some improvements, but overrall I thought it was great. Played through it twice. I hated beating the big daddy's down though, that shit was just repetitive and annoying. But the game most certainly got my heart racing at times. Hearing the footsteps or voices of oncoming enemies and being in almost complete darkness trying to find out what direction it's coming from.

But you are right Spiral, the game is most certainly all about the story, and in that case it was perfect in my opinion. I believe Call of Duty 4 got me the most drawn in so far, yelling when my helicopter is shot down and yelling at my AI teammates "Shoot him you asshole!" . But Bioshock has to be the 2nd on that list. Hell I only wanted to play the game at night so I could turn the lights off and really get INto the game with no glares or light on the screen. Just wasn't long enough

Anyone else play Skate? That game is so fresh, I love the Xbox Live play. The campaign is... eh, so so. You never feel attached to your character, and you go from Joe-Schmoe to pro within 1 day (that's the time this game take place over, 1 day). I think it's supposed to "seem" like it's not just 1 day, but it never changed to night time. You definitely have to like skateboarding to like this game.


If anyone else has it, skate with me sometime.
