Yep. I would say Bioshock and Oblivion are must owns, unless of course you can beat Bioshock in rented time, I had no problem with it. Mass Effect is coming out very soon and will probably be another must own. GTA IV is coming out in March, and for me is a MUST own. I was going to get Assassin's Creed but I heard it wasn't as good as it was hyped to be

If you don't have a gaming PC the Orange Box for 360 is pretty good. I only say if you don't have a PC because most of the games are, obviously, more enjoyable and full-fledge on the PC (i.e. HL2, and TF2). Portal is very short and rather easy, but I haven't enjoyed a game much in a while.

You can probably get Ghost Recon Advanced Warrior 2 pretty cheap, I really love that game. Armored Core 4 is really good too if your a mech/robot fan.

Also, if you have Xbox Live I HIGHLY recommend you download Ultra Marble Blast. You won't regret it - a very fun addictive 'puzzle' game with online competition play. You'll get hooked

just got Mass Effect a few days ago.. Highly Highly recommend it to anyone.. Playing this game is like Watching StarWars. The game is beautifull, Vast, the story line is so much at your disposal. The dialog choices change the game a lot. The combat system is a team stop and go command type thing, if you choose not to just blast through it (either way works) The graphics are the best I've seen on the 360 so far....

Games I have for my 360:

Assassin's Creed - Picked it up at launch. Really fun open-world gameplay. The story is actually pretty sick too.

Orange Box - probably the best deal you could find, ever. Effectively 5 games for the price of one expensive game. HL2 is just simply a GOOD game. The Episodic Content I haven't even gotten to, but I want to so bad. Portal was one of the best games I've played in a long ass-time. And TF2 is great fun.

Gears of War - The graphics are real pretty, it's fun, really great if you have a friend to play co-op with. I like co-op a lot, it's a big draw for me.

Fight Night Round 3 - Amazing looking boxing. For some reason, this is a game that I go to over and over again when I smoke. It just feels so satisfying.

Halo 3 - Great co-op with friends, XBL is fun too.

Call of Duty 4 - The singleplayer campaign is incredibly cinematic. I honestly feel like I am playing Saving Private Ryan and Black Hawk Down. Online is superb as well.

PGR4 - Just great racing. Burnout is fun too if you like arcade racing.

The Bigs - Really good baseball game just to play with your friends. Kind of like NFL Blitz in the sense it isn't realistic, but still really fun.

Hitman Blood Money - My girlfriend loves this one for some reason? It is pretty good, I like Splinter Cell better though.

Bioshock - A must own if you like FPS games, games with fun gameplay, good story, great graphics and art. Just a must own.

Guitar Hero (any)/Rock Band - Best party games ever.

Oblivion - Biggest game ever. So much to do, you can play forever.

Rockstar Presents Table Tenis - I just like ping-pong

Marvel Ultimate Alliance - Fun to play with a bunch of friends. Like Super Smash Brothers, but with X-Men. And it's co-op.

I want to get Mass Effect as well, hear it is incredibly movie-like, which is always good.

GTA:IV when it comes out will of course be amazing.

I was a bit unimpressed at Mass Effect. Yeah..it was fun. The dialogue is fucking sketchy though. I've went backwards and had the same conversation more than once, using different dialogue answers and Shepard still says the same thing, if not close, and the other character gives the same response. The only times the dailogue really shapes the story is when you are given a choice. Choose this or that person. Go here or go there. Tell the council or don't tell the council. Blah

The AI on your team is fucking trash. You can be hiding behind a wall, and one of your teammates is just standing out in the open getting shot by a hoard of geth.

The side quests are a waste of time and boring. All it usually is, is talk to this person, then that person, then back to the first person, and all you get out of the deal is a little extra XP and maybe some cash.

And the shops aren't really needed at all. I was an infiltrator my first time going through the game, pistol and sniper, and I never once had to buy an item for myself or any other member of my team.

It was a lot of fun, don't get me wrong. I enjoyed many parts, and it was hard as hell making some of the decisions you have to in the game, but it isn't as amazing as everyone says it is. In the end, the biggest reason I didn't think highly of it was, again it was short! I was so upset at the end when I figured that it was over.
