| Sensational... I'm a long time fan of the DMC title. Dante being the kickass guy that he is, who couldn't love those fast paced games? Welll...Dante takes a backseat in this one, and handles the wheel over the Nero, a younger character quite like Dante. Nero is all badass though. In fact, I'm a huge fan of Dante but I honestly liked playing as Nero moore in this one. His Devil Bringer seems much better and Dante is just too complicating. If you've played DMC3, you know about his different classes (Gunslinger, Royal Guard, Swordmaster, Trickster). Well now you can change them on the fly, but it's complicating and usually not even worth the effort. I usually kept him in Swordmaster. Anyway Nero was a bit more simple but ll the more fun. His devil bringer(arm) is fucking sweet as hell, and is almost enough right there for me to like him more than Dante. So what do you think? Yay or nay? I say yay, probably the best DMC since the original, if not better including all the extra stuff included that wasn't on the first. ![]() EDIT: Thought I'd include a video that got me hooked RIGHT off the bat. Warning: It's the intro video. It doesn't spoil anything you wouldn't find out in the first 10 minutes, just throwing it out there. Bit long, almost 9 minutes. Sorry for the darkness. You might recognize Dante . The new, younger, kick ass ( ) one is Nero.

| Awesome. We finally got the first three games so I know we'll really be looking forward to playing this one.

| I have followed the DMC series since it's initial release in October of 2001, through the horrendous disappointment that was DMC 2 in 2003, and the controller-shattering goodness that was DMC 3 in 2005. I think the DMC 4 should be awesome, looks great, just ordered Devil May Cry 4 for $59, i think it's worthy, looking forward to it. |

| I loved the first DMC, I played the others but don't remember anything special about them. I downloaded the demo to see what it was like and thought it was alright. I hear the game starts out kind of slow and snowballs from several people, I don't know if I would buy it but I just might have to rent this one since it's a short game. Are there any mini-games or bonus features/multiplayer you can play?
