Ahhhh, it feels good to be back into the swing of things, getting real close to spring!

Workout once a day, every day, different muscle group. Also run 2 miles or so a day. BTW, I just started this two weeks ago, hope it lasts!

This might be true, but IMO the general stereotype is that pot smokers are lazy. If people think they're lazy, they probably assume they don't exercise. Surfing, skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, etc. are not mainstream sports....


Answering the question: I exercise roughly 4 times a week. I lift and do cardio at least 3 days and am in a few men's leagues (hockey, soccer, dodgeball right now)...

3-4 times a week at the gym, though pretty light exercise. Just a half hour on the exercise bikes for a warmup and weight-lifting. I gym with my cousin who is over six months pregnant though, so when I start going by myself again, I'll definitely increase the intensity of my workouts again. Starting to get a little bit of a buddha belly.

Tuesday-Friday. Alternating from cardio to lifting.

I love Gold's Gym, because they have exercise equipment upstairs in a movie theater room. When i'm running on a treadmill, I tend to start running alot faster in the movie scenes that have alot of gunfire. When it's over im like, "what the fuck.."

I don't really exercise a set number of times each week.. If I feel like going for a walk I will.. if not then I won't.

It's pretty shitty here in the winter with like 5+ months of snow and I'm not much into sweatin' to the oldies with Richard Simmons on my TV. I get a lot of activity in the summer and spring, but I am kind of limited in the winter.. not that I mind a whole lot.

I put down three days. I usually do a few reps of curls, and quite a few push ups. Plus I walk my dog around a few times, and a couple of bike rides.

i don't go to a gym, but i try to walk everywhere i can. it's fairly easy in a college town, and, IMO, one of the best 'exercises' for a smoker... i mean, who doesn't love getting nice and baked and spending time outside on a nice day?

When it comes to exercise, many times being stoned motivates me to exercise...I have a tendency to get into Forrest Gump mode, and "Just feel lawk runANG!"
