I work out 6 times a week on average, all cardio/toning stuff. I try to counterbalance my strict diet of mountain dew and funiuns

<<Weight lifts every two days, hits the training bag daily (20 minute sessions, hour longs when I'm feeling pumped), and cardio every two days. Often times I'll even combine everything in one day.

These past 2 months I've been working out about 5 times a week + cardio whether it be Running, Basketball, or Punching Bag.

1-2 times a day, 5 days a week, 7 days if you count the incline/elevated pushups I do every morning, but I'm not, so 5 days.

Edit: I quit smoking about a month or so back, so I don't know if I fall into the right group of people or not for this survey.

Im still going strong, cant believe it! Although my schedule has changed since then.

Sundays- Run 2 miles

I also mountain bike just about everyday, trails, road, city riding. Bought a new Cannondale not too long ago, fucking love it.

I've been trying to get back in shape for the past 2-3 weeks now. I've been working out 6 days a week. About 40 minutes of cardio on the exercise bike followed by about 20-30 minutes of weights. I alternate every other day, Day 1 being upper body (arms, shoulders and chest) and Day 2 being legs, back, and abs.

Does this sound effective to anyone? I feel like I'm getting slimmer, slowly but surely, but I haven't lost much weight (putting on muscle, perhaps). Anything changes you'd suggest? Things you'd add or take away to make my workouts more effective?

EDIT: I've also been drinking protein shakes after every workout. You know, with the protein powder that comes in those giant tubs...
