| <<Weight lifts every two days, hits the training bag daily (20 minute sessions, hour longs when I'm feeling pumped), and cardio every two days. Often times I'll even combine everything in one day. |

| 1-2 times a day, 5 days a week, 7 days if you count the incline/elevated pushups I do every morning, but I'm not, so 5 days. | I've been trying to get back in shape for the past 2-3 weeks now. I've been working out 6 days a week. About 40 minutes of cardio on the exercise bike followed by about 20-30 minutes of weights. I alternate every other day, Day 1 being upper body (arms, shoulders and chest) and Day 2 being legs, back, and abs. Does this sound effective to anyone? I feel like I'm getting slimmer, slowly but surely, but I haven't lost much weight (putting on muscle, perhaps). Anything changes you'd suggest? Things you'd add or take away to make my workouts more effective? EDIT: I've also been drinking protein shakes after every workout. You know, with the protein powder that comes in those giant tubs...
