I eat or drink 5-6 smalls meals a day. 50g protein shake with 50g of oats in the morning 25g protein bar at 11 lunch... usually grilled chicken or a sandwich (steak if Im not paying )protein bar at 3:30 30g shake with 30g oats after workout dinner... up to 50g protein shake before bed, just depends on when I eat dinner. I follow that schedule pretty seriously, although it just doesnt always workout that way. EDIT: Also, let me note that Ive been at it about 3 months now and have not gained too much in mass. I have become extremely toned, which Im very satisfied with. So dont be discouraged after not seeing much improvement over a month or so, it takes a lot of time to change your body.

| Haha I don't exercise NEAR enough, but the funny thing about stoner bias is that most if not all of my exercise occurs when I'm high..

| I hike whenever I can...I live in northwest Washington...so it rains a lot. I put once a week, because I don't have a set work out schedule, not to mention, I hate exercising just to exercise...I don't need to lose weight, so I just hike for fun whenever I can. also, how does the amount of exercise you do, have anything to do with whether or not you are a lazy person? I might hike only once a week, which is the only real exercise I get, but I am a very active person. |

| I have recently started going to the gym, so I've been doing more. I've never been one to seriously "work out" but I've always believed that I was too skinny and I finally did something about it late last year and bought a a set of 10, 15, and 20 pound weights. But now that I go to the gym, I'm having to learn more. I hadn't run a mile since I had to in 8th grade....so I was pleased to finish that mile in less than 11 minutes. Even though my legs are longer now, I've picked up smoking since the 8th grade.... I've been trying to foucus on my pecs but not much is coming from that.....there's this really cool machine I've been using it's kinda like punching up in the sky, with your first coming to about where the top of your head is. I like it much better than push ups! But I'm not going today....I'm kinda sore after two straight days....

| Lift weights every other day and I am pretty good with what I eat (can fight the munchies, most of the time). Wrestled for the past 4 years for my high school and had a body fat % of 8%. |

| well i had surgury on a deviated septum back in early may... i got 60 unmentionable pain pills, way more than needed so i kind of became a lard ass... Ive been working out more the past couple of weeks and doing karate however but before my surgury i would workout on average 3 times a week. Fuck im out of shape now... sleeping til 3 PM ever day doesnt help either... i gotta start smoking again so i can fall asleep easier, been a fucking insomniac lately because of my fucking bar backing job getting out at 2 AM. But once i start smoking again... hopefully thursday, i will get back in shape... haha you dont usually expect people to say that. |
