Alright, I'm sorry if this falls into the category of "off topic substances", but it's an honest question and I'm asking in context with marijuana, sooo...

Now, I know "White Widow" is a genuine strain, and a pretty good one from what I've heard... But around my area, every time I've heard the term "White Widow" used, it's in reference to marijuana + cocaine... I'm not sure if it's marijuana laced with it, or just smoking a mixture of the two.

Is this only something used around my area (The burbs of NY), or has anyone else heard people using the term "White Widow" like this?

I know it's a legit strain, but I've never heard it used in that context before.
I've always heard it used in the context of marijuana + cocaine.

I have had what some people call white widow and it has nothing to do with coke - the stuff I've seen called that has been dank bud with lots of white crystals (and little red hairs). Hope this is helpful...

I can see how White Widow could be used as a descriptive term for pot + coke.
It is, however a strain that is quite popular and when grown well, is very potent.

However, I have to point out to greengal420 that White Widow can be grown poorly and look/taste/smoke just as bad as the worst schwag you've ever had the displeasure of toking.
The potency of marijuana is more dependent on the care taken during cultivation, harvest and curing than the actual genetics.

i've smoked legitament white widow. I had three hits and was wrecked for hours. It was really good tasting weed. There was no coke involved at all.

White Widow is the best strain in the world. If grown right, the THC content can reach up to 20%-25%

There is rumour that a new variation of White Widow, White Queen, is even more potent.

Thank god I don't live around your neck of the woods because I have smoked White Rhino. It was one of my first times toking so I didn't get to appreciate the high for what it was but I can almost guarantee there was no coke involved
