I usually just say whatever expression or word comes to mind first when I'm baked, but I guess if I had to break it down then "stoned" is like a couch lock high from some nice indica and "high" is the high from a nice sativa when your just laughin your ass off or your all confused lol. I guess I consider "high" a more mental effect and the "stoned" a more physical.
