As far as I know, 'cheeba' is simply another slang term for marijuana, not a strain in itself. (i.e. pot, weed, grass)

In this case, do not let them fool you and jack the price up on you when you are buying 'cheeba.' It is not some high-quality 'killer shit' that they might try to pass off to you. Impress them and tell them that 'Cheeba' simply means marijuana.
