So my friend is mentioning that she doesnt have any spare money to buy weed with so i offered to get her some from a friend of mine.

How much weed would a casual user smoke weekly? A photo capsule full? [The capsules that hold the film for those cheap flash cams] 2x that?
Or 10x that?

Any help would be greatly appreaciated, Also if someone could tell me what the smokeable end product is that would be great, Iv never actually smoked weed so im new to all the measurments and consumption rates and quality and shit like that.

Everyone is different, what will you're friend be smoking out of? If a bowl then $20 bag may last her a week. If you are buying it she should be gratefull for anything, but you said a casual smoker so I would say $20 should be fair for you both just my

How much weed does 20 dollars get you?, I dont have a scale to measure it with so i cant really go by weight.

It depends where you live. Around here, 20$ gets you an 1/8th (about 3.5g). It depends on the quality of it, and where you live. If your in like Ottawa, 1g is about 14$~

What does a single gram look like, As i said i dont have a scale so visual comparison would be helpfull.

Neither do i, but from my expieriences, most dealers aren't going to scam you for only 1g. Its just such a small amount. But its good for beginners. But since most dealers wanna get a new customers, you probably wont have to worry about weight until your into big purchases (Like an O)

Why don't you just ask her how much she wants, and if you are paying for it and giving it to her for free, just give her as much as you want to give her. Man, I'd take any free bud and be thankful, since even though bud is cheap around here, I am broke, and as a medical user (for my ADHD, so I don't use that much, so 4 grams lasts me like a week and a half to 2 weeks, as long as I am not sharing/making firecrackers/ect.) that pretty much sucks.
