i think most people here just call it trees, no one uses the terms most people aready posted anymore.

Marijuana = Dope. That's just my favorite word for it. I like the way it sounds.

My favorite term is weed...but I'm occasionally prone to call it bhang or ganja. And a term that might be largely local (I live in the south): "left-handed cigarette" for a joint.
