Hey ive been smoking for like a year or two now on a daily basis and met some cool older people whove been smoking since the 60's and they know all the damn lingo so if anyone could throw in some old and newer pot lingo with its definition it would be greatly appreciated . adios

Seems like all of the kids around here have stopped calling our favorite smoke whatever people call it all together. Instead the current rage is "grades." Like, "I'd give that stuff good grades," or, "It gets a B-." Schwag or 'Mersh are invariably C or D grade weed.

here is a question about termonology: where did the term "L" come from? i know it is slang for a joint, but does it stand for anything?

L? i havent heared that one before, but my guess would be it is short for a lid, which is 3/4oz to a full ounce.
