to hotbox a room or a car means to fill it with smoke...like smoking in a closed car.

Stay in a car long enough and your legs go numb, doesn't even feel like they're there! Heh, or it could be all the carbon monoxide poisoning from the enourmous amounts of smoke in such a small, enclosed area that's being filled by 3 other blunts at the same time. Probably not the best for the brain

if you blow a few hits into a dog/ cats face they will be sooooo blazed, their brains are like the size of an peach so it doesnt take much..My cat loves it and she eats and eats and eats haha its so funny..

Anyways, all 13 year old crap aside, where I'm at, 'hotboxing' means something totally different. It means to smoke really fast and get the cherry glowing.
