I think it's a westcoast term, but I'm not sure. I've never heard anyone use it, but "dub" or "20" sound a lot better for a 20 sack.

Not to sure but I think it is mostly a westcoast term for dub/20 bag. In SF, CA mostly everyone I know calls a 20 bag either a twamp or a dub. But we got other strange names also lol like for a eight we would ask for a Steve Young (former SF 49er that worth the #8 on his jersey). I've recently moved to Portland, OR and I here people refer to 20 bags as twamp/dub also.

TWAMP is a very stupid term, I hope that it never makes its way around here. We call a $20 bag a dub sack. My deeler would laugh and probably cancel me for requesting a TWAMP.

around here u just say u want a 20 sack. if u say 1/8th u will get one all measured out perfectly. but if u say 20 u get hooked up most of the time.

you would think that slang terms would be words that could be easily said, thwamp just doesnt seem to roll off the tongue like dub so why use it?
