Me and my friends always used the term "cherried" to refer to the bowl being still lit, after someone takes a hit, as in the bud is still burning and can be hit again without being re-lit-and cherried was the only way we ever called it...someone here (in the backwards south) told me they say..."you got FIRE!" (to quote him) has anyone ever heard this before? it sounded odd...what do you call it?

Well usualy when we get the cherrie burning we call it

" Whoa look man its burning hit it again before it goes out"
And if a flame actually stays burning its

" Whoa whoa thers still flame try and keep it alive" lol

i will either say cherried, or a simple, "its still lit."

i don't thing we need to many turm for this though, there are know need for words when your passing a pipe

uhh..thanks for the smartass comments...im aware that "it doesnt matter"--do any of the slang terms really matter? by the way, this forum is called "glossary of terms"--i was just bringing up a term for a lit bowl...just asking if anyone had ever heard of "you got fire" before

I usually say something like "yo dawg, fo shizzle, tha bowl still have phat fire, G." Than I whip out my 40 and take a couple swigs.

Of course, me and my homies are big pimpin', so we usually only smoke phillies.
