In florida alot of drug importation is done by boat. Im guessing they are reffering to the bricked up weed from mexico they take on the boats.

If the cops catch them the bricks of weed go overboard, thus they are "square mackerel"

haha that sounds to be true, yeh and marijuana is the second most import/export in florida.
and mexico is so close from there.

i wonderin if there some cuban, or jamican you know those mexican countries, is it something to do with them or anything?
