If you do a search (link in my sig) you can find what your looking for in the Paraphernalia Place. I know apple pipes are in there, as well as apple bongs. I think the general word around the board says smoking from aluminum is not good for your health.

True but I think all types of home-made pipes/water pipes should be listed. smoking out of tinfoil is the best way, nor the healthiest, but everyone has to have smoked out of a tinnie when they had no other way.

Can someone make a guide to inhale? Do you breath straight in, or do you hold it in your mouth and then take the bowl/joint/whatever away from your lips and then inhale?

when I'm teach my friends how to inhale for there first time, i tell them fill up yer' lungs to about 3/4, then take the piece or whatever away and breath the other 1/4, hold in for about 5 seconts, then exhale. I dont know if that made sence or I used to many fractions or whatever, im pretty blazed...

Typically I think imported_sugratefulldime said it best. Breathe it into your lungs and then breathe in some good old oxygen just to be sure its in there and hold. Also DO NOT swallow! When you're first starting and you don't take hits quite right you may have the urge to swallow after taking a hit, don't do it! Just breathe in some normal air. If you swallow its like you swallowed smoke or maybe it isn't smoke, either way your stomach will feel weird and you will need to burp a lot and not in a fun amusing way.

To take a good hit just try to fill up your lungs with smoke as much as possible. its good to take a breathe of air right after your hit to get all the smoke into your lungs.
