Means "do you smoke marijuana?"
or
"Où peux-je acheter une certaine mauvaise herbe ?"
means "where i can buy some weed?"

or just say pot and and make appropriate hand gestures and im sure they'll know what you're talking about

I read that any buds native to Holland are referred to as Nederweet. Also, to people with experience in China, does the word chong carry the same meaning as it does over here in stoner culture? Serious question.
