Usualy when me and friends sit down for a session we name off the days of the week. The first person whos says *mondays* gets the first hit. whoever says *tuesdays gets the next hit and so on. We do this before we sit down so we know who goes where in the circle. But if the person who bought the weed doesn't call we usually let him get the first hit.
