a propane tank means you dont need a stove, and therefore dont need to be in a kitchen. You heat the knives with the propane tank. Then make a cone by cutting a 2 ltr bottle horizontally across the middle and that catches the smoke.

Hash works better because you can slice pieces off with a hot knife, why heat a knife just to cut it?
