I heard it mentioned today, and I'm confused as to what a [i]potlick[i] is. If anyone has any input please let me know. Thanks

You sure you don't mean "potluck"?

If that's the case, it's basically a dinner event where all the people attending it brings a dish (or some sort of food item) to add to the dinner. Essentially, it's like having a big banquet by spreading out the cooking duties to everyone in addendance.

Potlick is when you are smelling some realllllly good buds, and all the sudden you have an uncontrolable urge to lick/taste the buds. This lapse of judgement is known as "Potlick."

(ex : "Hey that dumbass left the keys in his car. Lets hit a lick!"
Pot = marijuana

So a Potlick would be when somebody has robbed you for your sack is my guess.
