just say, hypothetically, your at a party or out somewhere or something and you have a belief someone there has weed on them.

what is a good way of asking if they have, so if they do have they know what your talking about but if they don't have any or aren't dealers or pot smokers they'll have no idea what your on about?

Ask if that person has any "sticky icky" also some areas have been using the term "tree(s)" in place of cannabis. Or you could just call it cannabis, not many in the public know its real name.

I did that not too long ago outside a bar, I kinda knew the person, but didn't know if they smoked or not, now he was already outside smoking a cig when I walked up and said hey you smoke,I was offered a cig

I had to show him the joint before he got on to what I was asking, it was just pretty funny when it happened.
