Such as "dude" i know its a stereo type but i just find that its how stoners talk, because whenever i talk to someone i either call them "dude" or "man"(happens alot more if im baked) as do almost all of my stoner friends. there are other things that mostly only stoner say too.

so what do you talk like? a stoner?

ya wtf same with me. Im always like o dude dude or like o no man dude were screwed man. Alwyas happends when im baked but I dont know why

I listened to some recording I recorded of us while baked and I realized how stupid we can talk while baked and while I was listening to it sober I couldn't help but lmao.

We so very rarely say "dude" here... but we say man ALL the time, especially when baked... and "smoke" automatically means "smoke pot" now instead of cigarettes or cigars, although I still do both of the latter two...

"Hey man, you want to smoke?"
"Yeah, man."

(the answer is never no)

It's kind of hard to think of other general slang we use. I mean, we obviously have tons of slang for getting high or describing the state of being high- my personal favorite is "blazed"- and for the sweet herb itself, but things in normal conversation are hard to pick out because I don't even think of it as slang. I'll have to start paying more attention when we hang out...

Yes I would say I talk like a stoner. Man and dude are almost always used, even when addressing girls.

Man and Dude are popular here too but we also use Chill alot like "Reeeaall Chill" or "Thats Chill"

I actually need to correct myself. After this thread, I've been paying more attention, and what actually happens is that me and my two other friends each have our own generic noun for other people. Mine is man, my one friend's is guy, and my other friend's is dude (that's why it's a correction- I earlier said we don't say dude a whole lot- and I guess, as a whole, we don't, because he's the only one who says it).

We can't say chill all that much anymore because it makes us laugh, due to Derrick Comedy's Bro Rape video. But we say "sick" a lot as an adjective for really cool things.

brosef is a good one...we use it joking around because last year on halloween we went to a party at USF and my buddy got real trashed and decided it would be funny to use the fire extinguisher inside the apartment complex we were in. When someone caught him they asked their friend who saw it all
"brosef was it him brosef?" I have it all on tape its funny as hell
