Hey all maybe some of you could help me out. My fiancee recently broke my favorite glass piece trying to scrape it. Bummer, right? Anyways I got a nice raise at work recently and because of that and the broken favorite I decided to treat myself to a few new pieces.

I found one that I'm absolutely in LOVE with at ChunkyGlassPipes.com, formerly Northwest Glass Art. A few years back (when it was Northwest) I ordered from them and got a great deal and some amazing, and quality pipes. But I'm a little worried now cause I've recently read some bad things about this place.

I was wondering what you guys thought about me sending them an e-mail pre-order and kinda bringing up the fact that I'm a little concerned about ordering given the bad reviews? I dunno I just kinda thought that may help my cause a little?

Also, I know it's usually best to go to a head-shop so you can touch, and examine the pieces but unfortunately the closest one to me is about two hours away and the jack the prices up like you wouldn't believe ($40 for a single blown, thin as hell 2" pipe, no joke) They know they have people come from sooo far away and they aren't gonna leave without something, ya know?
