Default Is CLR safe

I have a steel pipe I was wondering if CLR could be used as a cleaning solution. Obviously I would rinse the hell out of it afterwards.

I used CLR on a particularly tough spot of my illa and was not impressed, it is good for mineral deposits left behind by melting ice ect. but not very good for actual cleaning. I would recommend Goo-off, Grunge off, or isopropal alcohol and rock salt. My preferance is the iso/salt so just put it in a bag w. your piece and shake like hell for a few mins, itl be sparlky and new looking.

LOL, I just saw a commercial for CLR. Its for Limescale build up I thought. Try it, as long as you rinse thoroughly, it wont harm anyone...
