OK, i have A Wooden Pipe/Bowl and It Doesn't Have a Carb Should I Make One For It, Or Just Snuff?

you don't necessarily need a carb in a pipe, which is why some pipes don't have one, so i don't see a reason why you'd need to put one in

and what does 'snuff' mean?

The only time you need a carb is if you have a pipe that has a 'chamber'...IE, a space where smoke might build up. Most of the wooden pipes I've seen have a stem and a solid bowl, with nowhere smoke might gather.

To Everyone Else If The Bowl Separates From The Pipe Part And Its Not Air Tight The Would Pretty Much Be Almost a Carb Right?

Not really. The point of a carb is to clear the chamber so it doesn't hold smoke in there. If it isn't air tight, your smoke just wont be very concentrated because air is getting in it.

Nope. Wooden pipes usually dont have a carb. Most pipes with carbs have chambers, where smoke might build up. The carb just makes it so oyu can clear the pipe of smoke...
