and that's your best bet. setting up a camera is more trouble than its worth, why make something worse out of a bad situation?

and when you find it, break some other glass into a million pieces and act as if you were so against smoking that you broke the pipe so no one else could use it. (only do that if she finds out that you took it though). keep the shards for evidence.

That would be awesome if she gave it to you. Hiding it in the slot machine sounds like a crafty idea indeed, but just because no one has told you that they know about the hiding space doesn't mean that they don't know. I'd personally be cautious about hiding something like that in a common area like your basement. I'd keep it in my room, hidden in a stuffed animal or something.. in fact, I used to hide my pipes and stash.. and I cut a very inconspicuous hole in a stuffed animal. You couldn't see it at all.. and it was amongst several other stuffed animals.

Gonna have to agree. Take pictures of the entire room so you can put everything back as it was.

She just as easily could have chucked it dude, sorry to say. I suspect she knows you want it so she would either hide it somewhere you will never find it or could have just tossed it. Only way to find out would be ask her to see it, since you've never seen one or some shit.

Alright, this might be close to finishing, but I just wanted to update. I was about to make a milkshake and I found it in one of the cups! I got 15 dollars of some really sticky schwag. I smoked a joint before I found it, so I just packed the bowl and put it away. I left a note in the cup.
