a sheet of fabric softener is best for everything (dryer sheet as said above). they usually contain arm and hammer(baking soda, sodium carbonate) that stuff absorbes odours, and is also helpful for cleaning. i keep a sheet in my stash, with my pipes, and anything else that i dont want to stink.

but dont let it rub your stash, its fine having it touching your pipe. just keep either wrapped up. you said you double bag, so keep a sheet or 2 in the second bag.

If you want to clean it, leave it in some rubbing alcohol overnight. After about 6-12 hours, all of the guck on the inside should be gone, and just wash it out with water. This is the best way to stop smell, is to fully clean the pipe. Nestling it in dryer sheets to make it stop smelling is like using body spray to remove dirt off of your body.

im doin that now ^^ couldn't find any rubbing alcohol so i just poured a glass of vodka. should do the trick.

2 q's though, 1, how do screens do in the case of bowl reekage? is there still stuff that collects when you use a screen?

and number 2, for no smelling while smoking, with spoofs, do you just shove the dryer sheets in crumples in the tub, or do you also have to rubber band a dryersheet at the end of the tube as well

the "doob tube" as mentioned before does work. (doob tube bieng a empty toilet paper roll with a few Fabric Softener sheets jammed in it, exhale into one end, other end smells like fabric softener)

I would say clean more, keep fabric softener sheets away from your pipe (far away) and carry a cleaning liquid with you in a small container/phial.

I carry Everclear in a small glass bottle, but this is not recommended becuase of your implied age. 90% ISO alcohol works fine (don't bring this on school grounds).

Also if you need to hide it quick get it into a jar of peanut butter(bagged of course, if not clean w/ alcohol+pipe cleaner afterwards).
It sounds wack but the smell just can't get out when fully submerged in peanut butter.

Regular baggies and ziplocks are not airtight, which is why weed stored in them for a long period tends to dry out and why your pipe smells, even though double-bagged. I've seen special bags at head shops that claim to be airtight and smell-proof. I have no idea about whether they actually perform as claimed.

Guys, I have solved the problem.

I first bag my pipe up in a regular Ziploc.

Next, I wrap a dryer sheet around it, to stop the odor.

Then, I bag it up again so I dont have to put a dryer sheet in my pocket.

I havent noticed a smell since.

depends if you want resin to still be in the pipe but it not smell. i personally don't like resin, so i just clean the bowl after use. the absolute best way to clean a bowl is with 91% isopropyl alcohol and salt. fill a small glass with that, submerge your piece, also shaking it around while blocking the 3 holes helps get the stuff out. then use a pipe cleaner through the rush hole/bowl/mouthpiece. its seriously wicked easy when you use the alcohol. after that your bowl will shine like it was when you first bought it. no smell.

So, this wont help your problem, but it will eliminate it.
Use a vaporizer. If you can't get one, you can make one.

That way, you wont have that smell. It might look a little weird with a lightbulb in your pocket lmao!

But, I guess I wasn't much help since this has nothing to do with your problem, but you could get less smelling bud, or just clean it like everyone else said.
