Ok so i bought my bowl like 6 weeks ago at Tobacco Hut in my town, and my best friend and i where cleaning it, we soaked it in alcohol and cleaned all of the res out of it. But it broke, the actually bowl part, where u pack the weed in chipped out. he's gonna try to fix it for me and see what he can do, but im really pissed, i love this bowl. I saw it in the store and i said i have to have that, it spoke to me or something. I guess we;re gonna try and take it back tomorrow since its only been 6 weeks, and maybe the guy can give me a new one, the guy there is pretty cool. Either way i had a great night till that happened, now im sad. Has anyone else had a great bowl they had that they one mention that broke?

I absentmindedly started to walk out my door with a bowl and dipped in my bathroom to set it down, and it rolled off the edge of the sink and hit the stopper in the sink and the end of the mouth piece chipped. Still works, just looks shitty now. That's the worst I got.

it wasn't hot or anything, we dipped it in alcohol and in a glass, and when he pulled it out last night the piece chipped out of it when he was cleaning the excess res off. it really sucked.

if you try to take it back make sure its 100% clean. they wont take back something that isnt because they know what its been used for.

I feel your pain, last week i broke my bowl. I was in the elevator in my building, i was almost to my floor so i went to pull my keys out of my pocket and my bowl was caught in the lanyard my keys were attached to, I just watched my bowl fall to the ground and break right on the elevator floor. Luckily, i was on the elevator by myself so nobody saw it. I picked up most of the pieces in an attempt to fix it, since it only really broke on end right by the mouthpiece. But i had missed a couple small pieces so i just retired it by throwing it down the trash chute. I got that for my 17th birthday from my sister and it had a lot of sentimental value to me.

i feel your pain lol, i was stupid and left my pipes in my desk drawer while i went out to go to buger king, and my dad stumbled into my room only to find an open drawer with both my and my friends bowl, but i still havent heard anything from him so i guess he knows but understands me.... it is said that he was a huge pot head in college lol

you think they are gonna give you a new one because you broke it? Highly unlikely. 6 weeks is a pretty long time, The only time ive seen a refund for a broken pipe is when my buddy drop his brand new pipe in the headshop parking lot, he got a refund because it JUST broke like not even 5 mins after purchasing it.

Iit was your fault it broke, its not like it was just sitting there minding its own buisness when suddenly it just exploded,

yea i was thinking about all of that, plus the whole illegal thing, we where talking about that today. anyway my best friend said he might be able to fix it hopefully.

hard to say, if it broke like you said, and if you explain it like that, they might take it back.. but they'd more likely just give you a discount on a new pipe (i've had friends have that happen a few times). like i said, just make sure its clean, and they shouldnt have an issue with the illegal side of things. worst comes to worst, just get a new pipe.
