got a 1 hitter that i love it hits real nice and shes good to me.

but she is way too stinky for my room or backpack its straight killing me.
is there anyway to clean off the resin and potentially the smell. recently ive been rinsing it and blowing thru it..then pushing qtips thru it and stuff like that. any tips would be appreciated

Isopropyl alcohol, available practically everywhere.

Deffinitly bro, I just cleaned my bong out with iso and its never been cleaner . Just let it soak in that shit for a while and then maybe give it a good scarping while its still wet and you straight.

Yep. Just pour some rubbing alcohol into the bowl, cover up the carb and shake it up. If it's clear you can try adding some salt to get it cleaner faster.
If it's not clear then you should forget about the salt, because sometimes it stays in the bowl, and you might miss some when rinsing.

What's the best way to clean the resin out of a pipe or bowl if you want to save the resin for smoking?

I hold a lighter up to the bowl to heat it up and then scrape the best I can with a bent paperclip but lately this is getting to be a pain. Any other methods?

I'm not doubting your wisdom, O Master Buzzby, but I soaked a bowl in alcohol overnight once and the alcohol turned black and so dirty looking I just poured it out. I think if it came to having to smoke that disgusting concoction, I would rather just do without!

Heat up a tupperware of water (not boiling) then dip/shake the pipe in it. Little chunks will start falling out, then strain it in a coffee filter. Make sure to squeeze it together before it dries or it'll crumble.

Thanks 217! I'm also going to try using a little bit of alcohol to just loosen the resin from the bowl and then scraping it out and setting it aside to dry.
