For 25... I was in company that didn't smoke... so I dind't buy it. I'm heading there tomorrow to find it. I hope I can find the store again.

It was in a cool Vancouver style store, with a bunch of clothes, but towards the back there was a case with some grinders and papers, and this red eye spoon. I hope its still there, cuz for 25 bucks, its INSANELY nice.

I'm upset... the stupid bitch asked for ID... which is the FIRST time I"ve EVER been ID'd. I went to 5 headshops today, and bout some stuff from each one, and I went there to buy it, and I was SO stoked, and she denied me. I'll probably go tomorrow and try again.

The annoying thing is I bought a nice turtle pipe for my brother's bday tomorrow, and this shop was like 100 yards down the street, and the dude was SO nice. He was happy it was my bro's bday, so he lowered the price of the pipe from 50 to 45 and threw in 2 packs of papers of my choice (I got caramel and peanut butter on a whim :P)

dude what a fucking bitch. I hate headshops who have uptight employees that believe they are better than you. And yeah i love the ones with chill people who dont give a fuck, you should have just waited outside a little and asked someone who was 18 to buy it for you, thats what I do if i really like something.

We have a nice headshop in town that actually lets anyone in. You just gotta be 18 to buy but can be under age and look around the shop with your buddies. Its pretty awesome.

There is more too it than her being a bitch. Its a business that has to follow strict laws to operate. Her denying him on buying the pipe ensures that no laws are being broken. Think about the big picture $25 dollars is not worth thousands of dollars of fines and possible loss of business. She wasnt being a bitch, she was making sure she kept her job.

I know that, but the chances of getting caught are pretty slim, unless it is widely known that the headshop sells to minors. Most kids wouldnt tell their parents where they bought their pipe im guessing.

And I also mentioned how he could get somebody to buy the pipe for him, which is perfectly legal.

the last time i went to the amsterdam cafe and tried to buy a pipe they asked for id, and i'm still 18, so... i didn't end up buying it. apparently the reason these places are getting busted more and more is because of underage kids going in, so whatever. if they have to ask for id, then that's the way it is. i'll be 19 in a couple of weeks anyway... it's kind of weird though, because there are places around vancouver that have an 18+ age limit and others 19+. like the vapor lounge and tokers lounge are 18+ but amdam is 19. strange

but yeah i think i have seen this red eye pipe you're talking about lol.
