|  Yeah, you should be able to take out the rubber stopper and put water in it. For that second one, no when you have your herb of choice inside the flame will not burn your lips, as you may have noticed the flame is high the piece is short, if you are going to dry smoke it you should use a low flame lighter or one with an adjustable flame (such as "crack lighters") |
