|  buying a pipe/ ok to buy? hey all, im brand new here, ive been lookin at the forums for a couple weeks and decided to join up. 1 question, my brother just turned 18, literally today, and he wants to either buy a bubbler or a spoon. Since its his 18th birthday, would he be able to go in himself and get it without being turned down? Idk y but it seems kinda strange to go in when he just turned the legal age for buying pipes. if its a good idea for him 2 go in, what size pipe should he get, he wants it kinda small, but how small will burn your lips? thanks, peace... |
