Should People Clean Their Pipes Or should we let them build up with resin???

If it is a glass pipe, definitely let it build up. The colors get brighter, the colors change, and sometimes new colors you couldnt see at the start will show up. Also, if enough resin builds up you can scrape and smoke that if you are really jonesing to get burnt. There really isn't a downside to letting it build up... Yup.

if its plastic, acrylic, wooden i suggest cleanin it cuz u cant scrape and the resin that coleccts there is nastyy.

haha, untrue...i let one of my pieps get so resined that when i went to scrape it i couldnt get the screen out cuz it was like glued in there with the res....it was not fun to get that out

but besides that its all good

take a lighter to the resin for like 5-10 seconds and it would loosen that thing right up

after lots of build up in glass pipes your hoots will take on quite a resiny taste which i cant stand, i usually clean my pipes and bongs every 2 months

My favorite smoking devices are the joint and the pipe.

Joints, no cleaning required!

I clean my pipe about once a week with a brush, and often with a scraper. I find if I let it go longer it gets a bad taste and a harsher quality to the smoke.

Plastic bongs have a lot fouler taste to the resin. Glass is the way to go for that. You can clean them less, and when you do scrape them the resin wont have any noxious flavor.

back in the day, i had a pipe and i never knew that you could scrape the resin off. anyways, she got so resinated that her carb closed off. you couldnt clear the chamber because you couldnt open the carb. hehe, so much resin. the plus is that you didnt have to hold the carb when you took a hit. too bad she broke the day before we were gonna scrape her.

be a nazi when it comes to resinated pipes, never let that thing resinate, the taste becomes sooo sick, just scrape that resin off and huck it out the window . . . unless u want it?
