Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan! It's a beautiful piece. Just seems....redundant....

You're right lol, thats why I love it. There is no point for it at all it's just there. Everyone who sees it for the first time always comments about it.

The plus side though, I can remove the slide and the stem and it makes it super easy & fast to clean.

My fiance and I went to a head shop about 3 months ago to pick up a few,..items. While there the 'clerk' showed us a piece he had put together himself with an attachment that he dubbed a "slam carb". Now, 3 months later...my fiance and I are looking for more of these "slam carbs" to use with our new piece. The shop that we purchased the item from has since closed and the owners have moved out of town. We have searched all over on-line for one of these items to no avail. Not even certain if this item is called a "slam-carb". We are also looking for a site that sells the acrylic threaded tubes; male at both ends. Any help locating these would be a blessing.
