I think you hit the nail on the head there. The novelty of being able to smokeJack Herer out of a device made by Jack Herer makes it worth a bit more than just any old pipe. And if you can get him to sign it, that would be too cool.

I like this style even without the double barrel stuff. I've been using a 3 1/2" flip top (on a hinge) pipe for many years. I think I'd go for the 4". Don't think I've got enough patience for the fancy loading technique. I'd certainly give it a try though.

Well think about it... If the fancy packing technique is as good as he proposes in the vid (56 hits in one bowl!) it would be well worth the extra time packing it. You would be able to spend that much more time smoking while with a normal packing style you would have to repack 3 or 4 times to get the same amount of hits. *shrug*

Cool pipe by a cool guy, but a little too expensive, at least on my current budget.

pretty funny name,that jack herrer guy seems like a bit of an know-it-all.

but i thought the smoke hitting surface areA was a bad thing because it also lost some of the thc on the side of the walls, wouldn't a honeycomb style pipe do the same friggin thing?

and if your hoping to get a pipe made by jack herrier i kind of dought he makes each pipe himself.

Can't rreally say for sure though because ive never bought or used one

Couldn't you get the same cooling effect from a glass pipe if the inside of the stem was just "rifled" so the smoke would spin all around? Might be worth trying if these claims of cooling through movement alone are true.

Sorry for the bump, but has anyone used this pipe yet? I'm thinking I'll get one before the summer is over if it's as good as Jack Herer says it is.
