Glass Pipe vs Stone Pipe

Glass was the clear winner of the "Best Pipe Material" poll;

I however forgot to include stone. Although I myself have never smoked out of a stone pipe, I do know many who have. And they say it is as good as glass pipes. Some say they are even better. A notable praise of stone pipes is that the cool temperature of the pipe somewhat cools the smoke down.

For those of you who have used a stone pipe, which do you think is better for smoking weed? A stone pipe or a glass pipe? Why? Please vote in the poll only if you have smoked a stone pipe (which of course is less common than a glass pipe).

stone pipes are no good - too hard to get a good hit and all the ones ive used were too hard to clean

Never used stone, but from what I've learned glass is the way to go.

Glass is most certainly the best way to go. All stone pipes I've seen or used have left much to be desired. Go with the glass, and taste the weed as its meant to be tasted!

I like stone a bit, smooth hit, bowl doesn't get as hot, and they don't break. But glass definetly has it's strong points, good powerful hits, really smooth hits, and they taste great, usually.
