i just boiled my friends bowl and i was wondering is it ok and/or good to drink the water once i strain it?

Please, don't do it. It will taste nasty and won't get you high. THC needs fat to stick to and since theres no fat in water the THC is gone. Maybe you should have boiled in in whole milk.

my friend did it once and just added sugar, said it tasted good but didn't get him high or anything. it's up to you.

You could drink it, it might get you marginally buzzed.... but I don't know why you would, the milk would taste HORRIBLE...

bong water's not too bad, if it's cold then it's just like a weed tea. very herbal and earthy tasting. not too bad. to each his own, though.

I don't know what kind of bong-water you're drinking, but it certainly isn't anything like weed tea in my neck of the woods.
