Pretty nice looking Piece. $40 is around what you would have paid at my local head shop for a similar piece so I don't think you got ripped. Glass pipes are usually pretty expensive, especially if you get them from a local shop.

if i had to guess on the appearance, i would say that it was indica. i have an indica strain right now that looks exactly like that. but as jake said, the best way to find out is to blaze it

$40 is on the upper end of spoons. The head shop charged you more than you would've paid if you got it off the internet, but you probably would have made up most of the difference in shipping charges. Good buy.

And I'll tell you what...if I smoked marijuana that looked like that my first time, I would have been sooo hooked.
