My guess is that a postal service guy opened that ***** up took some rips, dropped it and sent it to you. In that case they won't ever believe you in a million years. They probably get 4 or 5 people a day that got stoned, dropped their bong, and called up saying it was brought to them that way. Thats exactly how your situation works, sorry to be a downer but it looks like your screwed.

yeah I am still using that little tube. I went to home depot the other day and thought I found the perfect thing for a stem. It was some toilet peice it was about half a mm off for the bowls stem to go in it. There went 3 bucks =/. Wondered if anyone had any suggestions on what to use
