I ordered a 2 ft glass bong with a juice jacket from rollies.com about 7 weeks ago. I just got it today. The stem is broken into 4 peices, the bong has been used it smells. The upgraded bowl didnt look half as cool. BUT DAMN DID IT HIT NICE! Right now I am using a tube of pvc as a stem and the bowl doesnt really fit in it so it sticks out and looks goofy =D. Also, if anyone knows what a juice jacket is.. and you know what exactly your sposed to do with the water in the chamber lemee know. I am tempted to put neon water in it but I dunno if your supposed to put like cold water in it or something so the smoke cools that much more.. Hear is a pic of the bong the blue is the juice jacket, you fill it with water and it had a cork. Thanks! =D

DONT use PVC for a stem. When smoke travels through PVC it heats up and unwanted vapors come from the PVC. I'd email them and sell them they suck.

whoa...so let me get this straight. I took 7 weeks to ship....broken...and used? Wow, get your money back....alot of devices hit really well, but I would not want a broken, used piece (unless I knew it was that when I bought it)

You shouldn't have used it. Just email them, tell them the bong was used and broken. Say you want your money back, and if they drag their feet on repayment, tell them that you'll report them for trafficking in paraphenalia.

Whoa you can do that and they'll get in trouble? I thought you were allowed to sell bongs, etc because they can be used for tobacco
